ATS integration is included on Growth and Scale. Ratio integrates with 100+ ATS platforms, including Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, Workday, and Ashby, through our integration partner Kombo, an integration layer built for HR tech.

What if my ATS is not on the list?

Ask us. New platforms are added often, and some go by another name. We reply within one business day and will tell you whether yours is covered.

Do I have to move candidate data into Ratio?

No. Your ATS stays the system of record. Ratio reads what it needs to build the interview kit, and sends scores and notes back to the candidate record.

Can I use Ratio without an ATS integration?

Yes. Teams on Starter, and teams that prefer to keep the two separate, add jobs and candidates in Ratio directly. Interviewers still join through a link, and scorecards can still be shared read-only.
